Wireless clip-on microphone or wireless hand-held microphone
LCD projector for Powerpoint presentations
2 small round or square cocktail tables at the front of the room for AV equipment and materials – Large head tables restrict Mark’s movement and Mark is a high energy speaker
Any seating combinations are fine
Whenever possible, name badges or cards are preferred
Any handouts should be given before the program
Because Mark is a high energy speaker he will not need a lectern
1 flip chart and 1 pad with markers

For audiences 100 or more
No flip chart and markers needed
Risers with stairs at front

Helpful Hints
Please place your audience close to the speaker to create intimacy
Seat the audience close to one another rather than spread out with empty spaces
